Cancellation Policy
Blossom Massage & Bodywork has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
For appointments cancelled within 8 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
No-show Policy:
A no-show is considered to be a client who has not arrived for their scheduled service and has not been in contact with the studio. All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Arriving to your appointment:
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive after your appointment time there is a possibility of a reduced service.
